About Me

I'm Dalia, the founder and maker behind Made by Dalia.

Originally from Manchester, England, I moved to Israel after completing my Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Nursing and making Aliyah. Living in Tel Aviv and being surrounded by its incredible creativity and artistic energy inspired me to pursue what had always been a dream: building a career in art and creating beautiful pieces that people can enjoy in their homes every day.

I started Made by Dalia during the COVID pandemic as a creative outlet and a way to make beautiful home décor while staying true to my values of sustainability and conscious living. What began as a small part-time business run from my home has grown into a full-time studio, where I handcraft every piece you see today from my Tel Aviv workspace. My products are now available through my website, in my studio, and at selected events.

While there are countless home décor options available, I felt there was a lack of pieces that were both beautiful and sustainably made. That's why I work with Jesmonite, an eco-friendly, non-toxic material that allows me to create modern, durable designs with a lower environmental impact. Throughout my process, I use reusable tools and equipment wherever possible to reduce waste, and I also incorporate recycled packaging materials whenever available.

Every piece is carefully handmade, poured, sanded, sealed, and finished by me. No two items are ever exactly the same, which is what makes them special. I love knowing that each creation finds its place in someone's home, becoming part of their everyday life.
